We hired Rosa from ‘The Pink Pot’ as our full time chef for Full moon Yoga Sanctuary we held in November near Mullumbimby. The brief was to provide a full catered experience, of healthy, wholesoms, vegetarian food for the five days, as well as to accommodate the varied dietary requirements for our guests.

 

Rosa, we would like to extend our sincere gratitude to you for an outstanding job. Your hard work did not go unnoticed- your quiet nature and sensitivity to our yoga and meditation practises meant that the meals almost seemed to appear magically before our eyes. Every thing was timed perfectly and the meals were outstanding, as were all of the nourishing treats in between.

 

There was such an abundance of food and not a moment where anyone on retreat felt hungry. Rosa's manner was simply adorable and everyone fell in love with her and her incredible, ethical, sustainable, locally sourced food. She became part of our yogi family. Her ability to source incredible food- from the eggs that came from happy chickens, to the warm freshly  baked bread, (yes we do bread) to the fisherman that drove his catch up the mountain ...it was like being in a foody heaven.

Rosa provide a full service, and effortlessly co-ordinated the buying, prepping, cooking of every meal. She offered so much variety, lots of yummy treats and leftovers, whilst still sticking to the budget!
